Meet the Team

Stephanie Andrews

Stephanie loves family, community, and design, and tries to roll all three together in her close knit Atlanta, GA network. She launched her own interior design firm, Balance Design, in 2002 and is a strong promoter of handcrafted items, especially from her friends. Using this approach when selecting art, furniture, and accessories, she makes homes feel inspired and unique.

Jennifer Carter

Jennifer is an Atlanta native with a passion for blending the old with the new. Her love of mixing color, pattern and texture in all of her designs, as well as her hands-on approach to working with building materials of all kinds, drive her to create spaces that not only have a collected feel, but that are comfortable to live in too.

Melody Richardson

Melody is a born and bred Atlantan, with an international point of view. She loves to celebrate different cultures and incorporate their influences into her designs. Color and texture are what she's inspired by- especially with a great rug!

Marilyn Buamah

Marilyn is originally from Atlanta and grew up with a love for the city. Organizing has always given her the freedom to be creative. She loves creating functional spaces as well as creating solutions for people with all different walks of life.

Marlee Vlassis

Marlee is a natural observer of moments, spaces, and people which allows her to create unique and personal designs tailored to the people occupying them. With a background in commercial design, she likes starting each project with an overarching concept that evolves into a holistic, functional, and unexpected design.
