21 Aug To Live and Dine at ADAC
This past June, we were asked by ADAC to create a tablescape with other Atlanta designers for their annual event: To Live and Dine. In past years this has been a celebrated event with famous chefs, bartenders and loads of people. This year, due to Covid, the event was much different, much less attended and yet, it still worked! Here is a look at some of the tables and inspiration that created these surprising and unique little masterpieces.
Forbes and Masters recently launched their own wallpaper line, which they featured behind their table. Their rustic stools, unique textured flowers and remarkable pampas grass chandelier was truly breathtaking.
Atelier Davis painted these Memphis modern canvases for the walls and then took us on a clean colorful ride with almost everything on the table being locally made.
A breakfast nook inspired Rose Kipper and Sherry Hart’s table. The layered textures and simple color palette evoke feelings of a bright, fresh morning.
Regas Interiors table was inspired by multiple generations gathered together at the same table.
Dramatic colors and flowers make this tablescape catch your eye. “Borrowed History” were the words used to describe this table by Davenport Designs.
This vibrant table was created by Bossard Designs. We loved the Schumacher butterflies, the stunning flowers and those beautiful plates!
Christy Dillard’s rich sophisticated dining room provided many beautiful layers to explore.
Our table was an ode to serenity through Japanese wabi sabi design. Dave Lasker’s carved birds form a heart, the beautiful ikebana arrangements by Bloom Floral Design, and the incredible art by Edward Lentsch on loan from Jim Thompson really pulled our vision together.
We so appreciated the opportunity to meet these talented designers and create beauty through our tables. We look forward to adding food, drink and many more people in the future!
